What can I expect?

This engagement lasts approximately seven days and will deliver recommendations to mitigate risks for your migration path from your existing IoT platform.

How does it work?

  1. A consultant facilitates a kick-off meeting to set expectations, define success criteria, and explain the structure for the engagement.

  2. Next, the consultant meets with key members of your team to assess your existing IoT solution.

  3. Then the consultant walks you through a series of activities designed to discover:

    - architectural and technical implementation decisions based on the project objectives and application requirements, and

    - conceptual and logical architectures as well as more agile detailed technical design specifications.

  4. Finally, the consultant works with you to analyze and assess an existing IoT application and plan the application migration:

    - highlighting pros and cons for migration,

    - developing a high-level flow of migration, and

    - creating a clear migration strategy to Cumulocity.

  5. At the conclusion of the engagement, a review is conducted, and any further findings and/or recommendations are delivered.
