Change MongoDB version upgrades

• A MongoDB Java driver has been upgraded to the latest version 4.10.2. [MTM-53824]
• The MongoDB version has been upgraded to 5.0.18-1 in offline installation dependencies. [MTM-53200]

Security Update of third-party protobuf-java

In order to address security vulnerabilities (CVE-2022-3509, CVE-2022-3510, CVE-2022-3171), the third-party software “protobuf-java” has been updated from version 3.19.2 to version 3.19.6. [MTM-53001]
